Supporters Club Rules, Season 2008/09
The Official Liverpool Supporters Club: West Of Scotland
Branch, Affiliated 2000
Branch Rules, Season 2008/09
1. Members MUST up hold the good name of Liverpool F.C and that of the Branch at all times.
2. A fixture list will be issued to each member with the date of each match and also the date when the money for each match must be paid.
Once each member has returned his or her fixture list this will allow the Branch Secretary to gauge interest in any given game.
This then means that to be considered for any of the games a member has listed, the full cost of ticket and transport must be paid
directly to the Branch Secretary by the prescribed date.
3. Match tickets and transport costs MUST be paid in full when ordering, (NO EXCEPTIONS) Tickets will not be ordered without payment.
These can be ordered 9 weeks in advance for any league game. However Liverpool F.C. does not guarantee that any member
will be entitled to a ticket solely on application. The availability of tickets to members will be determined by L.F.C. and
not by the branch committee. If any members were unsuccessful in their application then a full refund will be given. Branch members
are entitled to apply for tickets twice a season without using the club transport for a premium payment of £5.
4. Once a member has ordered a match ticket through the branch it is their responsibility to enquire if they have
been allocated a ticket. The secretary is normally informed of ticket allocations by L.F.C. - 2 to 3 weeks prior
to a game. Members should always check the departure times of the coach for each trip as these can vary as kick-off
times may be changed for certain games. This information will be published the week of the match on the front page of
club website or is available from Branch Secretary. The coach will leave Liverpool at 17:15 prompt for Saturday games.
5. Once a member has been allocated a ticket and they find they cannot attend the match a refund will not
automatically be issued. The branch will always attempt to re-sell the ticket to another member. However
members MUST NOT re-sell their ticket without first receiving permission from the branch secretary. PLEASE NOTE
tickets cannot be sold on to NON-BRANCH MEMBERS. Refunds when paid will be by cheque only.
6. A point system will be in operation throughout each season - to stop members picking games i.e. class A
games (Man Utd, Everton) the system works as follows:
1 POINT will be given to an existing member at start of a season over a new member.
2 POINTS will be given for all Saturday games attended.
3 POINTS will be given for all night games and Sunday games attended.
A member with higher points total than another member will get first chance of a ticket, if only
so many tickets have been allocated by L.F.C. for CLASS A GAMES.
7. An adult must accompany under 16’s.
8. The carrying of alcohol on club transport in any shape or form is strictly prohibited.
9. If an infringement of either the terms or conditions of the L.F.C. I.S.C. scheme or the
Branch rules, then a member could find their membership withdrawn by either the club L.F.C. or the Branch Committee.
All correspondence should be addressed to the Branch Secretary:
