Branch Rules, Season 2011/12


1. Members MUST up hold the good name of Liverpool F.C and that of the Branch at all times.

2. A fixture list will be issued to each member with the date of each match and also the date when the money for each match must be paid. Once each member has returned his or her fixture list this will allow the Branch Secretary to gauge interest in any given game. This then means that to be considered for any of the games a member has listed the full cost of ticket and transport must be paid directly to the Branch Secretary by the prescribed date. The onus is on each member to send these back as it will assist the smooth running of the club.

3. Match tickets and transport costs MUST be paid in full by the listed payment date NO EXCEPTIONS Tickets will not be allocated without payment. These can be paid 5weeks in advance for any league game. However Liverpool F.C. does not guarantee that any member will be entitled to a ticket solely on application. The availability of tickets to members will be determined by L.F.C. and not by the branch committee. If any members were unsuccessful in their application then a full refund will be given.

4. Once a member has ordered a match ticket through the branch it is their responsibility to enquire if they have been allocated a ticket. If member’s applications exceed clubs ticket allocation then the club may have to move members to another game, where suitable. Members will get the opportunity to attend at least one or more of games selected. Members should always check the departure times of the coach for each trip as these can vary as kick-off times may be changed for certain games. This information will be published the week of the match on the front page of club website or is available from Branch Secretary. The coach will leave Liverpool at 17:15 prompt for Saturday/Sunday 3pm kick-off

5. The number of tickets the club is allocated is determined by L.F.C. The club will therefore endeavour to accommodate every member where possible to any game they wish to attend. Allocation of tickets to club members will be on a fair and even basis.

6. An adult must accompany under 16’s.

7. The carrying of alcohol on club transport in any shape or form is strictly prohibited.

8. If an infringement of either the terms or conditions of the L.F.C. I.S.C. scheme or the Branch rules, then a member could find their membership withdrawn by either the club L.F.C. or the Branch Committee.

9. All members are responsible for the removal of their own waste from the bus at the end of each journey.

10. LFC now wishes that all members of supporters clubs are also member of the LFC Official membership scheme.

All members should take note of the club phone number as on match days this is the only method of contact.
